The US Economy

According to the “Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development” the US is ranked 10th as being the most unequal country when it comes to income. Right now about 11 million Americans are unemployed and the ones who work as a middle class citizen has seen no real income growth. The American economy still has a long way before its recovery!

First of all there is a good chance that the housing bubble will pop in the near future.

Recently number has shown that the housing market is on the way of economic recovery. However there are some factors that indicate something else. Interest rate are becoming higher this results that homebuyer get less for their money. Due to rising home prices and interest rate, the interest in buying a house dry’s up.

Second of all, how long will it take before the stock market bubble will burst.

After the great depression hit America the government together with the Federal Reserve have been taking steps that might created a worst economic situation for the country. Lowering interest rate, giving money to banks that were in trouble and created trillions of dollars out of thin air. Corporate earning has dropped to its lowest point since 2009. The Federal Reserve is still printing money and top analyst are sure that the Federal Reserve created a stock market bubble and are scared for the bubble to burst.

Third of all the unemployment rate is still a big issue in America.

The government is trying to manipulate the numbers to make it seem as if the unemployment rate is improving but unfortunately this is not the case. 14 Percent of the total population are unemployed or has a part-time job but needs a full-time job to be able to pay the bills. If we do not include Social Security, one out of every four Americans lives below the poverty line, which is 25% of the population.
