Introduction:

The Client I will be evaluating is 22 year old collegiate baseball player Jim. Jim wants to have the best season of his career at WVU. He is a senior and plays in right field. Before the offseason he underwent performance assessments. Through those assessments I have developed a 12 week training program to maximize his speed and strength. Training adaptations gained from plan will put Jim at the level he wants to be at for the final season of his collegiate career.
