Introduction
This document is the Risk Management Plan for the Glamm Makeup and Fashion Bar project, defining the risk management process to be employed throughout the life of this project. The project manager is responsible for reviewing and maintaining the Risk Management Plan throughout the project to ensure that the risk process remains appropriate to deal with the level of risk faced by the project.
Project Description and Objectives
The Glamm Makeup and Fashion Bar is a clothing boutique and makeup facility all-in-to-one. This idea was based on getting feedback from women on what would they like to have in a boutique. A lot of people thought that instead of having to go to the mall, and then go to a salon to get ready for an event, or an night out on the town, they really like the idea of having the luxury of shopping, and getting their beauty need right in same facility. So this project was started based on how to make the customers happy.
The objective of this project is to have the task completed and ready for the Grand Opening of June 6, 2014. There is a budget set for $600,000 and this will cover getting the project started beginning with determining what supplier and vendors will be utilized. Also, state licenses will be needed to open up the boutique, therefore the necessary paperwork would need to be processed.
