Ethics and Standards Program for Non Profit Consulting Our Mission Statement:

We help other businesses by providing management consulting services to nonprofit organizations and help them improve their processes and procedures so that they can produce a better final product or service.

What we do and how we do it says a lot about who we are as a business.Our core values guide our relationships and provide the cornerstone for how we are judged in the community and ultimately how we judgeourselves. All the hard work that has gone into building our reputation canbe destroyed in an instant by one or more poor decisions by a potentiallywell-meaning employee.Our relationships are guided by our core values and our own personalconduct. They determine how we interface with our client, and how we dowhat we do the way we do it. That is why we have a Code of Conduct. Thatis why we do annual training to reinforce the concept, and why we oftenreview the stated policies for accuracy and intent. From top to bottom,everyone in this organization is responsible to maintain a professionalCode of Conduct. Moreover, if you see another member of the organizationwho is not following that conduct, it is your duty and responsibility to bringthat to the attention of Human Resources and/or your Manager.
