The place where dreams come true, this is the sole mission Walt Disney has created for its present and future customers. Dealing with the main culture of the company Walt Disney Corporation had the right idea with proper flow of communication, advertising, ethics and courteous for the guests.

Internally the company would use web cast for all new employees to conduct business for the training needed in any of the resorts or functions associated with the Disney name. As well as, creating a training program with the right decision making, motivation and customer satisfaction practices.

External communication begins and continues to grow with advertising. Increasing affiliates with other subsidiary companies supporting and carrying the good name of Walt Disney, shows the guest what type of strong communication the company will provide. This gives a secure attitude for a customer to enjoy the entertainment.

According to Walt Disney Corporate, 2010; “From the beginning, starting with Walt Disney, we have had five things that make me proud to be part of this Company: high-quality products, optimism for the future, great storytelling, an emphasis on family entertainment and great talent, passion and dedication from our Cast Members." This quotation gives the grounds for culture and traditional statures that the company needs and will hold itself to.

Considering the values for the company, Disney has several set out to make the company stand out from the rest of the crowd. Each value has a standard; innovation, quality, community, storytelling, optimism, and decency. These values have underlining values which then creates the culture in the company’s cast members and other employees The main goals for Walt Disney is to ensure the happiness of its cast members. By doing this the environment is set to guide the communication towards the happiness of the guests.
