CODE OF CONDUCT

Our goal at ISJD is to foster a safe and supportive working environment. The Code is directed at maintaining a school environment conducive to the learning process. First and foremost, all students must mandatorily comply and abide by the standards set forth in this code.

There is absolutely no tolerance for misbehavior which includes disruptions of class lectures, infringement of other students experience at ISJD, harassment or bullying, verbal or physical threats etc. This is subject to immediate and permanent dismissal of the aggressor and will be promptly reported to the proper officials. This leads to a mandatory and immediate halt of curriculum. ISJD is committed to creating an atmosphere free of discrimination of all types, from abusive or offensive behavior. ISJD maintains its policy of zero tolerance for misconduct. This is a clear violation of school policy and the contracted Code of Conduct agreement. Moreover, there are no mediating conferences due to the serious nature of illegal activity unsanctioned by New York State. ISJD’s unwavering policy is immediate expulsion of the student in compliance with New York State law.

All illegal behavior is prohibited at ISJD and leads to immediate expulsion. ISJD is an educational and research institution, it is not allowed to participate in or endorse private business. ISJD must also avoid the appearance of doing so, or its standing with the regulating and accrediting authorities could be jeopardized. ISJD’s ethics policy was enacted to safeguard the Institute’s standards. Therefore, the sale of items not pertaining to the Kristin Hanson brand is strictly prohibited on campus, it is also important that we respect the property rights. We will not acquire or seek to acquire improper means of a competitor’s trade secrets or other proprietary or confidential information.
