Abstract

In our research, we want to know whether eating breakfast affects student’s focus on lecture or not. We would divide two groups. One is experimental group that includes the students who have breakfast. Another is control group that includes the students don’t have breakfast. We would give students a quiz after the lecture to see the influence of having breakfast or not. We would spend two months doing this experiment. After doing this experiment, we have found that having breakfast does make a big influence on these students. Therefore, that is why some scholars suggest everyone should eat breakfast every day so that the behavior will be better than without breakfast.

1. Introduction

Having breakfast before we start a day has become a normal phenomenon to most people. Moreover, people tend to think that having breakfast as an important factor to their daily life and that without having a breakfast will affect their daily performance. As a student like me, my parents often tell me or even try to convince me that having a breakfast is very important, besides you can even skip your lunch or dinner but not your breakfast.
