Introduction
Many organizations in the world have to share in the market. These organizations need to have a competitive advantage in the market. The discussions in this paper will include two organizations, about their descriptions, stock prices due to events, and stock analysis for both organizations. The name of the organizations this paper will mention will be PepsiCo and Coca Cola. These organizations are part of the beverage industry and provide several different food products for customers.
These organizations do consider the fact that major markets must include a continual efforts in competitive position in the market for the future. In the market the financial performance is impacted from different areas that affect stock prices, productivity, and the organization overall.
Description of PepsiCo
The organization considered in the present situation is PepsiCo. PepsiCo is an organization which the American multinational corporation is engaged in the food and beverage industry. The organization provides to the customers through marketing, manufacturing, and distribution. It was established in 1965 by virtue of the merger between Frinto Lay and PepsiCo. The organization has moved has reach ultimate goals since the merger, benefits to revenue. The organization always enhances its profits through sales of the products on a continual bases.
The organization provides various products to its customers. The products provided by the organization include snacks, soft drinks, Lipton teas, potato chips, Quaker foods, and other products.
