Re: Team Leadership for Team Cee Marketing

I have been assigned to evaluate the individual members of my team to accomplish the goals of Team Cee Marketing. This evaluation will be based on the personality traits of each team member including myself. In this evaluation, it will be determined each team member’s leadership approaches based standard leadership theories.

Celena Charles’ leadership style is rated as ENFJ based on the Jungaian 16-type Personality Assessment. Ms. Charles’ personality is dynamic, compassionate, and very persuasive. She has proven that her leadership style is more democratic. Her work within the team shows sign of organization, and involvement of other within the team; she is secure enough delegate responsibilies and encourages feedback from her teammates.

Jack Sanith’s leadership style is Rated as ENFP based on the Jungaian 16-type Personality Assessment. Mr. Sanith’s personality is one of a visionary leader, his charismatic style makes people believe in him, which is a good quality for a leader, however, Mr. Sanith’s personality does not match well as a good managers.

Lucille Saucier’s leadership style is rated as ENTJ based on the Jungaian 16-yype Personality Assessment. Ms. Saucier personality has the best of both worlds; she is a charismatic leader, however she has the chops to be an effective manager. Ms. Saucier can argumentative in what she believes in and she is intolerant for incompetence, therefore she has the right mix to manager and inspire her subordinates.

My personality style according to the Jungaian 16- Personality Assessment is rated as INFJ. My personality rating shows a deep thinker that contemplative before acting.
