This article is talking about how time would affect people’s choice. The articles says the longer the delay between placing an online grocery order and delivery, the less a given customers spends in general and the greater percentage of that order is allotted for healthier items, like produce, than for junk food.

I can understand that people buy chloths, books or laptops online, but I did not really understand why people would buy vetagbales and fruits online. Because when you go to groceries to buy vegatbale and fruits, you would denifinetly have a good look at those things, like tomotos, because some of them maybe already bad. And you can tell how long the bannas could be store from its color, the green ones mean you can store longer the yellow one means you should eat them in short time. Similar as pears. The hard ones mean you can store them for one week, the soft one means it is ripe, so you should eat them quickly. But if people buy vegatables and fruit online. How could they know whether the food is fresh or not.

The article does not contain any demographic information. I am really courious about what kind of people would like choose to buy food especially vegatales and fruits online. I decided to do study the characteristics of those people from the case.
