Dear Outstanding Employee Achievement Award Committee,

I write you today to recommend David Chung for the Outstanding Employee Achievement Award. I am very pleased with the way David prides himself when he is working. I have known David for a short amount of time, but within this time he never seems to amaze me with his excellent customer service skills. David spends a lot of time with the other employees helping them with their assignments at work, and David always completes his work as well. David is very determined to be a team player, and he has a wonderful personality to go along with his leadership skills. David does inventory he also budgets our financial books, he makes sure the store is in tip-top shape when he is either opening or closing the store. He also does a great job with the visual presentations that he has to set up every few months.

Furthermore, I believe David has surpassed his leadership capabilities. David will be attending our yearly conference this year. He will be going on the annual trip to Indianapolis as a guest. David wants to have his own store one day so I feel this would be a great opportunity for him. He will get to see all of the managers from different locations across the world. We will both be learning ways to make our store a better place for customers. I believe that David’s outstanding work ethic makes him worthy and deserving of this year’s Outstanding Employee Achievement Award.
