Individual Reflection: Following and Leading

After taking the Big Five personality test, most of the information I do agree with but some are likely to be true also but who knows how other see me. Some of the answer such as openness to experience/intellect might be best. In a position as a leader, you have to be able to be open to suggestions from my peers. Others know more than you do when it comes to business. Seeking out new experiences is a part of running a business. The test pretty much described the way I do think about several things in business. Some of the things that have agree upon such as being conscientiousness, which could be well-organized, self-disciplined, and careful.

The way I have started the current business is by using the leadership skills and business ethics to pass down to follower working for me and under me. Some standard of behavior in business using them to do what is best. Business just as some other has different cultures, different ways, and different religions, which we define in different ways; I treat no different as a leader with the JLP Publishing. If there were promotion for one, there would be the same for women and all other cultures. As a leader, I have and will enforce the any and all rules within company perimeters

I am very easy to get along with; in business it becomes something different. When in a professional environment it becomes a different scenario I follow because of my followers I lead or have laid. In my experience as I started S&R Communication working with employees, I have learned most people work for you; follow your lead. Using the tactics, I have run my business, which is ways... to make the business successful, I expect employees to follow the lead of business policies, and rules.
