In many workplaces or business sites I have visited over the last year I have noticed there is some type of poster or wall hanging describing organizational leadership. I assume from my observations as our nation conducts business in the Information Age organizational leadership is the new approach for leaders to use to predict organizational outcomes and obtain mission goals and provide guidance to achieving the overall corporate vision. To make sure I had a good understanding of organizational management I compared my understanding of the term to various other definitions. According to business dictionary.com organizational leadership is the management staff that typically provides inspiration, objectives, operational oversight, and their administrative services to a business, Wise Greek defines organizational leadership as a methods used to guide a company and personnel management for a company to reach its goal. From the two definitions I will conclude whether organizational leadership can be a person or people who govern and have authority over a particular business and use a variety of leadership strategies to guide the company to accomplish its mission and create a vision for the future.

Also assuming that the United States is the leader of the free world it must conduct business using the most effective methods and practices there are to guide the world in the global market. As the United States holds this position in the 21th century organizational leadership will demonstrate its effectiveness to guide organizations towards their vision in the United States as well as the rest of the free world.
