Part 1 (20 marks)

Categorical: gender, major, employment status,

numerical discrete: age, number of jobs, expected salary, anticipated salary in 5 year, spending

numerical continuous: height, graduate GPA, under grated specialization, GMAT, satisfaction advise employment

2. How or in what format should categorical and numerical data be respectively organised and presented? (hint: please illustrate the presentation of data)

the presentation of data is pivot table of version contingency table for bond data

it is easy to convert to overall percentage table, add variables to existing table, change statistic display, compute and display other descriptive statistics and drill down to any cell in a pivot table.
