Hi all,

For the past few years we have been booking tickets through White Angels Travels as they offer relatively cheaper tickets, more luggage allowance, etc

It is not mandatory to book tickets through them. You can book your own ticket, but it is recommended to do via this agency.

An excel has been attached. People wanting to go together

ie their

* starting point in india

* destination (same country would do, need not be of the same university)

* point to remember : if your university is in germany, you cannot land in france and then go via euro rail to germany

* travel dates to and fro

* preferences (say a particular airways only)

are the same, those groups need to fill that excel.

If your above data is not matching with anyone (which can happen if you want to stay late while your college ppl return early,etc), you can submit the excel individually.

Again it is recommended that people going to the same college fill it together.

Points to remember while filling the excel:

1. Starting point in india: max 2 locations allowed to be filled

recommended: delhi and your hometown

2. destination : city (not country) where the university is located

for ppl of diff universities going together: give the name of the more well known city as it will be cheaper.

eg. if ppl from paris and lyon are going together, write paris. Incase flight to paris + travelling to lyon > flight to lyon directly, you will be recommended to go to lyon directly.

Basically, the best scenario will always be provided to you.

3. travel dates : if not exact, then write "x date +/- y days" the range of y not more than 3

4. special preference :if only certain airways is desired. say finn air only

if more baggage is your priority over ticket price, etc

you can leave it blank as well

5.contact/id - write the details of the 1 person only whom the agency can get in touch with. Please appoint carefully because he will be made to understand the...
