FOREWORD
Research is one of the subjects dreaded, if not hated, by University students. It is regarded by them to be associated with perplexing theories, sophisticated statistical treatments, voluminous paper works, many hours of reading, nerve-wracking analysis and kilometrical writings. It is only in the mind. Research is simple as ABC; it is like 1, 2, 3. It is only a matter of understanding and appreciating its value in whatever we and on a day-to-day basis.
Other than the rigors of the process is the sweet truth that, indeed, Research makes man’s life fuller and richer. It improves our quality of life as an individual, a member of the society, as a student, and a future professional. Truly, Research is undertaken within most professions and in whatever we do in life.
As a researcher, we help facilitate the flow of information and gathering of knowledge, that is, the main object of research. The more information we have, the closer we get of making prudent decisions. Decisions that are designed to solve a contemporary problems. To this end, the research you do will have impact on your future.
Hence, research is very vital to our daily existence. It arms you from wrong informations and save time and money. It is important to your success as you take on life's challenges and career decisions making. Now go out there and make good decisions. I wish you success.
