Ralph, CMI has prepared a proposal recognizing the necessary tools that are needed to ensure your Vice President and 25 Senior Managers conquer strong coaching leadership skills that will enable them to mobilize their management teams to become great coaches within Exodyne subsidiaries (dsi, epi, and desi). We have research your company over the past 90 days working with your Vice President and 25 Senior Managers using surveys and assessments pertaining to coaching styles and deliverables. Based on these methods, our office has recognized the following concerns: there is a great need of assessment regarding self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management among the Vice President and the 25 Senior Managers; understanding coaching cultural and the development of leadership coaching methods. Our office would like to address these vital components/best options that will allow your agency to continue to be the best governmental contractor for the various services for governmental, civic, and private organizations.

Ralph, The “Developing a Coaching Culture” for Exodyne subsidiaries, Coaching Seminars 2015 will be a twelve weeks cost effective learning process goals for the Vice President and the 25 Senior Managers; it will operate in one week phases at the beginning each month (face-to-face) at our Oakbrook Mansion in Oakbrook Harbor, Illinois.
