Ethics within groups

Abstract

Ethics within groups are complex and challenging but not impossible. Taking a closer look at ethics, what it signifies in expression of divergent groups, originations, professions, and practices. Although they are dissimilar in consortium they are all a visible shape and configuration of established groups which practice ethics, moral principles and behaviors. Established and put together a number of originations, groups, professions, and practices of people or things that are pinpointed considered or classed close simultaneously together. These groups strive for the betterment, and improvement of those who govern themselves within their organization they receive their cue through. Leadership endorse polices which make sure all rules are adhering, and cohere to its practice that are put into place for the benefit of all. It not only protects the group but also safeguard and shelter its member. Ethic rules are enforced for the advancement of it groups to dominate, protect, conduct, control polices, actions and the affairs of those who try to evade, dodge, fudge or duck particular situation and cases.

Letting members wing it meaning going with the flow is not good and unethical leadership amongst the group. Jacobs, Masson, Harvill, & Schimmel (2012) states that, “it is the ethical of responsibility of any group leader to understand group dynamics, group process, group leadership skills and group development”(p.28). When group dynamics is understood by those who will govern such; as leaders or co leaders then will the members understand that same processes. The process which involves group interaction with each other, devoted time, studies, and attention to acquiring knowledge on each topic given within the group realm.
