THE PROBLEM AND ITS SETTING

INTRODUCTION

The company or any organization must have a clear-cut wage of benefits and policies. This policy guidelines will help the organization have better relationships with employees and develop more comprehensive employee financial planning programs. In union security clause it is intended to maintain the strength of the contracting union during the life of the agreement and safeguard it against the fickleness of its own members and inclusions by the employer. The company programs concerning benefits remain the same throughout the years and that makes their administrative easy to handle. In addition to all these, being in these field will definitely open a lot of doors of this kind of job. Aside from all the financial and materials gain, one may have, it is a career intended for those people who love people and have a soft spot in taking care of their subordinates and that is the “employees”.

Employees need to be trained and developed and we need to dismantle the bureaucratic structures that limit an employee’s ability to innovate and be creative.
