Analysis of Implementing an Effective Internal Communication Effort

After doing a careful analysis of implementing an effective internal communication effort, I have concluded that this analysis will fall into three categories: (a) promoting business success through internal communication (b) roles that internal communication plays on changes in the business (c) the effects that bad internal communication has on a business.

Promoting business success through internal communication

The business executive that I interviewed, Mr. Smith, thought that meetings and communicating via e-mail would be effective ways to promote his business through internal communication.

We can see here that the more important things were meetings, open lines of communication, and productivity. In a business such as this, these are very important things to the process of successful internal communication.

Roles that internal communication plays on changes in the business

Mr. Smith has said that the most important things in the roles that internal communication plays on changes in the business are increased communication efforts, morale and motivation and many other things.

Here, we can see that some of the roles that internal communication plays on implementing organizational or procedural changes are mainly morale and motivation, internal communication efforts, and confusion. Mr. Smith also thinks that as long as you have a structured weekly protocol of job duties then that would benefit your organizational changes a lot.

The effects that bad internal communication has on a business

As I interviewed Mr. Smith, he told me that some of the things that gave him a sign that he was having bad internal communication within his business was that he would notice people missing work, coming in late, or just a loss of motivation all together.
