1.The machine maybe lubricated with the lithium lubricating grease

The lithium lubricating grease has high viscosity and good lubrication effect ,but under the condition of low temperature ,it will cause the moving cone to be started difficultly because the viscous force is large.

2.The selection of the oil is not correct

Under the condition of low temperature,the paraffin deposit of diesel is easy to appear, and the viscosity increases,the liquidity becomes poor, atomizing is bad ,etc,these bad phenomena are caused by low temperature. At last, the combustion process is worsen, which reduces the power and economical efficiency of the diesel engine.General selection principle is: the diesel oil solidifying point is lower than the environment mixed degree about 5℃.In winter,the alternative diesel brands are：-10#、-20#、-35#,etc.

3.The diesel and water freezes

Air temperature is low in winter, the diesel fuel and water are easy to freeze, especially in some cold areas, it is more difficult to start the mechanical equipment.Therefore , when the crusher is used in winter, because of the cold climate, the engine is difficult to start, cooling water and electrolytes are easy to freeze, as well as the parts wear and fuel consumption increases significantly.
