Abstract

This paper is related to a particular business idea to be established for an organization. When the organization starts up the new business, it makes sure that, it will take care of certain important situations. The organization have to take into consideration the type of business, the core competency, legal structure, owner, employee structure as well. In addition there will be countless activities in reference to marketing that are also required to be taken into consideration. Some firm thought is also required to be towards the financial partition of the organization. At the present this paper shall take into consideration with all of the above things so that, with proper results are available within the organization.

Business Idea

When starting a new business is set up by an organization, it is so necessary for it to be made sure that the new business idea to be developed. With the present situation there is also, a business idea that has to be developed by the organization. The business idea will be open up as a retail store for the customers. The products that are being sold would be various types of items including household products, clothing, shoes, and many other various things which are useful to the customers in a proper and suitable manner (Bangs, 2002).

Business Type

There are several different options that are offered with the organization in relation to the business type selected by. There are many kinds of business types which are chosen by the organization in the present. The business type which is included in one business, franchise or working with already operating business. An individual who is looking onward to set up the business to make sure that, it is sets up an entirely new business.
