Microsoft’s Strategic Initiative

To be one of the ambitions of growth in a company and success must understand many key points of that business and the association with initiative and financial effects. There are many main factors in maintaining a company. Two major factors in a company is strategic and financial planning. A company must understand that these two types of planning have their own identity, but also share the same connection. The connection between the two is the way the planning process is approached by management such as defining objectives, gathering and analyzing data, implementing the plan and monitoring the results. This paper will discuss the strategic planning initiative of Microsoft, how initiative affects the cost and sales, and the risk that may or may not be associated with initiative and financial effects.

Strategic Planning Initiative

Microsoft is a global industry that has high demands for high quality in their products and services. A strategic planning initiative for Microsoft would be to focus on the brand of products that has already been produced and raise the bar. If Microsoft raise the bar for the brand of software that already has been developed means to development so new technology that will include the software and help promote the brand and the software as well. Furthermore, within the company some initiative planning can be directed to help give everyone the doorway to place their opinions and ideas to help create these new innovations. By coming up with new products that have the software installed not only are you selling products but now the company is promote and advertising for the company and the software. In a different area, a good initiative plan could be directed toward the leadership and development of each department within the company.
