The Starbucks philosophy is putting people before product makes good sense however, workers at Starbucks have a different viewpoint about how Starbucks treats its people. If workers join a union, he isthey are penalized, if he they supports the union, he is suspended and if a worker discusses union activities, he is fired. < support for this? Starbucks is supposed to be a socially responsible employer, but the salaries they pay are close to the minimum wageswage .< expand, what makes this socially irresponsible? Its workers live below poverty line, and they are not provided health insurance and the workers are not guaranteed hours of work. < OK, what is the objective of the paper? What is your hypothesis?
Fair employment has been violated several times at Starbucks. It has exploited farmers and provided them with lower prices than what it should have. The milk, beverages, chocolate, ice cream and baked products sold in the company's stores are not free of animal growth hormone. This is against the philosophy of the company to have satisfied customers. < does not make sense…Consider the example of Starbucks; it claims it contributes to the community. How by giving public donations!
