One day you may be stuck in a situation to where you have a wide range of treatments to cure your cancer. People never really think about these situations until their put into the exact situation. Will you choose the cheapest option that’s more affordable, or the treatment that is more efficient but highly expensive? These decisions are faced by several Americans every day, the estimated number of people who got cancer since January of 2010 is 13,028,000. I believe it’s vital to plan ahead and think which would we prefer and would we really give up everything you love to improve your on quality of life.

Normally the hardest part the of cancer situation, is not getting rid of the cancer; but how long and the quality of life you can live afterward ongoing treatments and several different medicines. The best way to maintain a healthy lifestyle after your deliverance from cancer, the biggest and sometimes the hardest thing to do is to change your diet. The different foods that are good for cancer prevention can become confusing, so to simplify your variety of healthy foods; you should just generalize the healthy foods that lower your risk. Along with this diet you will automatically be lowering your chances to become cancerous, because doctors believe that body weight contributes to 1 out of 5 different cancer patients. Staying physically active is very vital, in not only helping preventing cancer but several other illnesses. Staying away from drinking alcohols could be valuable for lowering the risk of getting a case of cancer. In fact beer is the leading link to colon cancer. If you so happen to need alcohol, limit your use to a maximum of 2 drinks a day for men, and 1 drink per day for women.

There are so many cancer treatments, I think the first thing people look at are the efficiencies of the procedures. Next step would probably be the expenses; some of these I am about to name...
