Project Details
Due to the expansion of the company, Large Corp Inc. (LCI) is in need of a new companywide compliance system to create a uniform process nationwide. The new compliance system is set to roll out in the very near future. Along with the new system, addressing the inclusion of new compliance policies will assist in ensuring proper use of the system. The new compliance system and policies will require training for all managers, supervisors, and other related staff members. Training will help ensure that all staff can perform their tasks effectively and efficiently with the new system. This training will be an important part of this project in the progression of LCI.
Stakeholders
Stakeholders for this project include both directly and indirectly involved personnel. The main directly involved stakeholders are the regional, district, and branch managers. These stakeholders will need to attend all training sessions to ensure that they know how to operate the newly installed system and understand all the policies that come along with the system. It will be the responsibility of these stakeholders to pass down the knowledge of this system as well as the policies to train staff members within their region, district, and branch. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the face of LCI, is also another main stakeholder, being responsible for all of LCI’s operations. It is imperative that the CEO receives frequent updates and feedback on the training results to forecast the future of LCI. Indirectly involved stakeholders include LCI’s investors.
