Final Project

The dawn of the technological age of computers where everything has become possible with just a few clicks of a mouse or keyboard. From the thought of a mid age teen to young individual locked in their parents basement, their skin pale from the glow of only the computer monitor light on them. Working hard trying to create something or just play war games with some computer they hacked into. To the power user in the three-piece suit working the market and rocking the best bone white business card with raised brail you have ever seen. Or even the elderly woman sitting in her living room try to find out how to make the best bread pudding this side of Huckleberry by googleing it on Facebook. To show up Martha at the town fair this year that she is the best baker around. It seems everyone is using computers for all kinds of things and almost everything. An it is getting easier everyday, but now we come to were one screen just does not seem enough. We want to see more information, not flip back and forth from tab to tab, have a spreadsheet and see what needs to be inputted on it all at once. That is were dual monitors come into play. Not only as the cost of monitors gone down but they are thinner taking up less desk space. Computers are stronger now able to handle more graphs with out having to buy a super computer. Companies are seeing the benefits of more screen space. Using dual monitors should and can increase productivity off setting the initial cost to the company and giving them a combative edge over competitors.

Dual monitors can have a great increase in productivity in a working environment for many different types of jobs. A few companies that could benefit are, medical coding, accounting/ tax firms, computer programmers, large online shopping sites, or any job that may have a heavy indicator on multitasking on a computer for work.
