EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

BGSR Helicopter Specialty Services was formed as a collaborative effort of four college students originally assigned to work together on a school project. In early October 2013, these four classmates recognized they could satisfy a need in a niche market by pooling their resources and founding a job shop to meet the dynamic requirements of specialty helicopter aviation services not only in the United States but anywhere in the world. By recruiting, employing and deploying highly motivated and highly skilled engineers, machinists and technicians, BGSR sees itself as the next leader in specialty parts manufacturing and repair.

BGSR has secured financing for startup operations and is not seeking more capital at this time. With the core of launch customers, we are confident that we will quickly secure our place in the current market, which will position BGSR for future growth opportunities. We already have options on future shop space and have planned our IT architecture to accommodate such opportunities. The workforce at BGSR has plenty of staying power to ensure turnover and experience. Our long-term goal is to expand fixed operations at locations in central Europe, eastern Asia and on the African continent.
