ISSUE/PROBLEMMr. Andy Mallari wants to achieve his dream of establishing his own company and hewants to use his sons in achieving that dream. There are many ways of doing this and one of which is through their education. Mr. Mallari should know the different aspects of his dream business whether if it is inadministrative, production or sales for example. After knowing what part of hisbusiness needed development, he should know what work or courses would be thebest choice for its progress. This will ensure stronger foundation for his business.

Solution in major problem:

a. Hire consultants

b. Hire his sons to help him to establish his own factory.

Advantages:

a. The foundation of the factory is harden to compete the other factories

b. Trust worthy

Disadvantages:

a. Too much expensive.

b. Too much expectations

Solution in minor problem:

a. Send his children to PUP to take the program in engineering

Advantage:

a. His sons will be trained enough to all the works in the factory.

Disadvantage:

a. His sons are forced to pursue to take engineering program.
