Executive summary

Globalization is impacting on many large organizations, and it forcing some company enlarge their scale to be a overseas businesses. ZARA is the most representative one in the clothing industry. And the report will investigate and analysis of ZARA, the overlord of clothing. The report divided by five parts:

Amancio Ortega opened the first Zara store in 1975 in a central street in downtown La Coruña, Galicia, Spain.
