ATSC Bowling Tournament

Objective:

The tournament aims to develop understanding, sportmanship, teamwork and camaraderie among ATSC Cebu Branch Employees.

Venue:

The venue of this year's tournament shall be held at SM Bowling Center, Mabolo, Cebu City.

Schedule of Games:

The tournament games shall officially open on tuesday, September 21, 2010 at 6:00pm and it shall be preceded with an Opening Program before the games are declared OPEN by our LMC Chairman. Participants are expected to be at the bowling lanes before 6:00pm – before the Opening Program.

RULES & REGULATIONS:

All participating teams must be at their assigned lane 15 minutes before the official playing time. Shadow bowling will start 10 minutes before the official game . Otherwise, the late team will be considered DEFAULT after 15 minutes of the official starting time which is 6:30pm.

A team that cannot meet the required number of six (6) players may continue to play with the number of registered players actually present.

Late comer/player is allowed to play only on the frame he is present and the score of five (5) points per frame shall be his/her score for the previous frames where he/she was late.

No changes in the order of the players is allowed after it has officially entered once the first thrower has rolled his/her first ball.

No foul line penalty is applied but all bowlers must at all times highly observe foul line for a fair play.

No substitution of players in between sets and no player is entitled to a handicap.

Each playing day is composed of three (3) sets of match game. Each match is to be played by six (6) players at a time and all scores will be COUNTED.

The scoring will be based on the “TOTAL SCORE”. In case of tie in the final score of two or more teams, then the tie shall be resolved by a replay of the teams in One (1) game series before the announcement of the winning teams and the awarding of prizes.
