Alfred North Whitehead`s account, that ethics is the mainstream in any given period and the place is exact. Ethics define a true or a incorrect in accordance to ethical belief. The ethical standard rest on the circumstances. I agree that industries have ethical values, but industries are not ethical representatives. This is for the reason that operations within the structure of society and trail ethical values of the public. This facet of business functioning within a culture makes it imperious for it to assume duties and responsibilities in the public in following the moral despotism philosophy. According to Immanuel Kant, the activities which are the core value, state an action whether it is true or incorrect. Since industries do purpose various events in the social order; they should have moral values.

On the other hand, industries are not honest representatives. This is for the reason that decency is comparative to the circumstances and there is no normal program for it. Moral contingency describes ethics to be well-defined by the social order standards. As a result, industries being operative in dissimilar distinct humanities with varied opinions and standards cannot be labelled as ethical representatives. In addition, the bottommost mark for industries is not creating profits only. Teleological ethics, which put importance on the decisive values of activities, describes the ethical responsibilities of actions. Hence, industries are accountable for their staffs` well-being as well as the social order, social expansion.

Even though industries execute various movements in their day-to-day procedures, the concerns are examined by the social order. The public put in place guidelines that industries have a duty to conform with as they function.
