Starting a new career could be very intimidating and exciting at the same time. Many recent MBA graduates would like to be recruited for any average job, let alone when a greater offer is being presented in consequence. In any course in life, it is important to portray a character that can really represent who you are while in your quest for success. It is also very important to access and weigh all the benefits as well as the risks involved before making decision to take any job offer. Ethical norms are very appropriate to life perspectives and should not be ignored in any form. Standing strong on the moral ethics and integrity is very important to real Christians; therefore, employment decisions must not be based solely on lucrative remuneration but must consider what the true wealth is all about, which find its value in integrity and moral principles. The outcome of our decisions in life is what describes our values in the journey of life. Whatever decisions we make in life are within our responsibility and cannot be shifted to another person’s accountability (2 Corinthians 5:10).

It could be true that New Gen Science Health Corporation may have strategically planned to place a good Christian person from a good Christian background that can consequently be of a significant benefit to their organization. However, the presence of any bona-fide child of God anywhere is always mandated by God and the purpose of that which it is made must surely be realized. Following the questionable comments, accusations and other practices towards New Gen Health Science Corporation; one could conclude that the firm and its management have decided to deceive the public in their quest for profits and expansion.
