E3 ACQUIRES EQUITY STAKE IN SYNERGY INTERNATIONAL; ROLLS UP SYNERGY CA LP

1888 Press Release ­ E3 acquires equity stake in Synergy International Inc. to provide environmental design and  engineering consulting services. Operating as a subsidiary, the business unit will leverage a broad array of  scientific relationships in solving environmental and sustainability problems. E3 Services and Solutions Inc. (www.e3space.com) has acquired an equity position in Synergy International  Inc. The same transaction included the roll up of Synergy CA LP creating E3's environmental design and  engineering division. Synergy International Inc. has a ten year track record of delivering key design solutions in the areas of  environmental architecture, solar solutions, wind solutions and urban farming. Synergy International's brand  portfolio in combination with its global scientific consultants, will allow E3 to develop and further  commercialize key competencies of the division. E3 will also work on research and development projects in  conjunction with its Synergy's partner organizations which includes pollution control applications as well as  key remediation technologies.
