Describe the Movement Principle of Poultry Manure Dryer

Poultry Manure Dryer also is named chicken manure dryer , cow dung dryer. Chicken Manure Dryer was updated and developed from rotary dryer , and according to the many years actual work efficiency, rotary dryer is proved to be the most suitable and mature manure dryer equipment in the market.

Chicken manure dryer, cow dung dryer, pig manure dryer and other animal wastes dryer can directly dry animal dung with the water content as high as 70％-80％ to the safe moisture content of 13% for one time for the convenience of the production of organic fertilizer. The whole drying process is completed in a closed system, which can reduce the pollution to the environment in the drying process.

Chicken Manure Dryer Working Principle:

1. Wet chicken manure are sent into hopper of rotary chicken manure dryer by screw conveyor, then the wet chicken manure enter the drum installed with slope to horizontal line from the higher side, and hot air enters the drum from the lower side,

2. Then chicken manure and hot air mix together when the drum of chicken manure dryer is rotating. Chicken manure goes to the lower side by gravity when the drum is rotating. Lift plates on the inner side of drum lift chicken manure up and down in order to make chicken manure and hot air mix completely, which is designed to improve the drying and heat efficiency of rotary chicken manure dryer.

3. The humidity of the chicken manure is heated and evaporated into water vapour, under the function of the high pressure draft fan, the water vapour goes out of the chicken manure dryer in time.

4. The dried chicken manure finally goes out of the dryer machine as product, and the users can use belt conveyor to transport the dried manure into store room or trucks.

5. The deodorization tower is used to get rid of the odour during the manure drying process, and keep the working field air clean.
