This report was prepared to analysis the use of Cyberlightning technology for business presentations. Cyberlightning converts two dimensional image presentation into 3D environments or virtual environments. This would be a great product to use for the presentation of a new community. The presentation would construct a virtual community of where the houses, pool, mail boxes and infrastructure would be in the community prior to it being constructed. The presentation would take the buyer through the virtual community prior to it being constructed and give them a virtual feeling or look at what the community is going to be like while sitting in the sales office. It would navigate them through the streets of the community. In addition, the presentation could show them where the nearest schools, grocery stores, malls are located in relation to the homes. The developer could also upload a presentation with this technology to a web site and the user could go through a 3D presentation of model homes where they could walk through a house. This type of presentation is so much better than a two dimensional image because you could be a feel for the landscape, you could get a feel where everything is in relation to another. In a two dimensional image you could on produce blue prints, pictures that only show half the room, or down a street or a location on a map. 3D presentation would take you through the presentation as if you were walking down the street of your community.
