I choose in Business Week in Special Report the Family Owned Business because our family for years has tough us to work together as a family. My dad for almost 15 years has his company as an Electrician but he has been working as an Electrician for about 28 or more years and now that I am married my husband has been working with him for 7 years and my dad had tough him almost everything he knows so that the company grows more and stayed in the family. For my mom side the same thing she has been in Cosmetologist field for about 30 years but has been a Salon owner for 14 years and 9 years ago I joined her to work together and become a Family Owned Business and 3 years ago My Sister also joined us even more to become a big Family Owned Business.

I love working with my mom as a Family Owned Family. There are lots of advantages working with each other. For example covering with each other when one is sick, or simply asking to leave early, or when I’m taking the kids to the doctor’s office. Even my working schedule is as I needed I go to the university in the morning and work in the after noon. Family owned Business is a great thing.

I also choose these articles because I found out that they have the four function of management. Planning, Organization, Leading and Controlling. Planning to become better Family owned Business. Organization to be a better owner and work well with family. Leading to lead a great family owed business. And controlling the business.
