When I came back to work, I’m just finished my break time. The services are still going, there a lot of car waiting and people to the DT and also at the FC. When I’m helping Jesse doing the 5 inch there’s one pan of 5 inch left I ask Liam to send 5 inch but he’s not even doing it properly, we running out of meat because he always keep talking with Angus. When Angus doing burgers and Kristine need the burger to up, when I check the meat of 4 inch there’s none. I shout and told Liam that, there’s no 4 inch left, he’s doing his job when we are all angry at him and running out of meat. When Kristine, know that there’s no meant left she came to Liam and told that he must do his job properly because he keep talking with Angus and he can’t even check if there’s a level of 4inch & 5inch left and Kristine told me to tell Liam to go home. It’s a simple work that Liam can do, but he can’t even do it properly.

He’s useless not doing his job properly what’s the point of working? Doing the job by you is hard, especially to all managers. Kristine is one of the fast & has ability to do the entire job by herself but having a crew member like Liam & Angus that keep on talking while working and not even do their job properly is hard and it’s hard to please people now a days. Jesse and I are Team Leader as a Team Leader we keep our mind focus and do the job properly, even when we still a crew member and even we are all tired but we still keep doing our job. We keep saying that if you talked to your co-workers make sure your job are done properly. He applied on this job but not doing his job properly? Hungry jacks is not a mall that you can hang out with you friends talk to your friends. It’s a job that you need to do and do it properly. You can talk to your co-workers when you are done work or you don’t have a service while cleaning the store.
