Our working place is located at east mid-level (Stubbs Road) in Hong Kong island that belongs to

the type of luxury residential unit .

In order to upgrade the quality of environment for our residents , management office has

opened OC meeting with owners ,Chief inspector of Wai Chi POLICE STATION , DISTRICT

OFFICE , New World service company bus regarding for the issue of Stubbs Road .

No bus stop available

Our residents commented that gets off the bus from far away . For following up the case ,

we have taken inspection over there .It is found that the entrance of our site is available to pass

place only, instead of bus stop. It causes of our staff , residents and their helper getting off from

the last bus stop . Besides , it is foreseeable to the risky as they need to walk on the road with

siding by the driving vehicle .

To avoid the traffic accident occurring and convenient to our owner getting off , our

management request to operational manager of bus company setting up one bus stop in the

pass place .Its manager replied that will report to Transport Department regarding for this

measure . If necessary , district office speaker also voice out this issue to the department .

Trespass by the illegal immigrant

Our premises as the luxury residential is located at the quiet environment with surrounding

mountain , which is likely to tempt the illegal immigrant for stealing .

Few months ago, our security guard discover three strangers, with holding the tool, hiding in

nearby forest when standing by in the main gate . The guard report to us who liaise with Wai Chi

police station . However , no one were arrested .

Through this incident , management office open internal meeting to review it . It is found that

should seek to co- operate with social community in order to reinforce communication and

eliminate the risk .
