Introduction

This system will help the Arts and Sciences Dept. for their enrollment, it has a decision support system that will separate the regular and irregular students, and it can also create a time schedule for the students. Will tell if the student if they have a left subject previously.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

The main problem of this study was how get the exact number of the students given the number of irregular students and schedule of the subject of Arts and Sciences Department of Dalubhasaan ng Lunsod ng San Pablo.

Specifically

1. How the enrolments get the total number of regular and irregular students?

2. How the enrolment of Arts and Sciences can have a new way of enrolment system on Department?

3. How can access the record of the enrolment of arts and sciences department easily?

General Objectives

The main objectives of this study are focuses on development of an enrolment system that can help the Arts and Sciences Department in their enrolment process.

Specifically, the study aim to accomplish the following objectives

1. To identify the regular students and irregular students of Arts and Sciences Department.

2. To create a system that can compute the exact number of students of Arts and Sciences Department per year and section.

3. To create a system that can access record keeping in an easy way.

Scope and Limitation

The system has login module where only the authorize personnel can access using their specific username and password. The following information will automatically be validated using the database of administrator. It can add, edit, delete and search information not only student information but all the courses as well under in Arts and Sciences department. It can identify the regular or irregular student of Arts and Sciences department. It view all the courses its schedule.
