Depending on your background and where you are from, some people believe in corporal punishment or “spanking”. Corporal punishment or spanking has its place in schools, homes, and anywhere the parents feel because everyone should do it. One of the things that some parents forget is that the children do have rights as well when it comes to corporal punishment. Although this may have been acceptable in their household at the time, it is currently against the law if anyone is found guilty of violating these child laws. All children have rights and ignorance or negligence does not mean parents should not be held accountable for their actions.
