Diverse Team Summary
Diverse teams in a workplace or in a learning school environment have people from different ages, ethnicities, cultural backgrounds, and genders and these have different ways of thinking and experiences. Teachers and organizers use many different principles in making up diverse teams, and the ramifications of diverse teams may be positive or negative.
This summary is from a learning school environment and each student is asked to pick a case study. In the summary below a review of each team member's selected case study will be provided. Included is a discussion and feedback from the different team member on the proposed interventions on each case study. Also, an explanation on how diverse teams can either strengthen or weaken the program evaluation process will be given.

Juvenile Correctional Facilities
Case study was dome on Juvenile Correctional Facilities and how it is not okay to place under age youth in Adult correctional facilities due to the violence and
youth being influenced by inmates while in prison.
The interventions include prerelease and release programs for at risk youth and family services to help support their youth. Low income neighborhoods have community outreach programs to help prevent juveniles from repeating the same crime or a new one, these programs are built to help with any types of services that are not only for juveniles offenders but can target populations for example; teen pregnancy preventions and first time offenders and youths that are having problems in school, especially if they have parents that are incarcerated.
