Discuss how personal differences and preference can impact organizational ethics

Organizational Ethics are the ethics of an organization, and it is how an organization ethically responds to an internal or external stimulus. Ethics refers to the viewpoint held by an individual or a group of people on the subject of moral rights and wrongs. Individuals as well as organizations make a variety of decisions on ethical

Your personal differences can influence how your industry's or organization's reputation is formed, whether or not it is viewed as a negative or positive organization. Individuals who are thoughtful and responsible have the opportunity to leave a memorable impression based on positive experiences and dealings with clients. A person should think about their effects on the organizational culture in his or her work place. The manner in which people interact with each other actually increases the ethical qualities and intensity at that group and business. Organizational ethnicity should be a form of motivation and encouragement to ensure harmony is maintained in an organization. Conflicting personal and organizational ethics may affect the work performance of an individual or a group of people in the work area thus lowering the overall performance of an entity.

So, if you are earning an honest living, having a constructive moral organizational influence, building your organization or industry's positive reputation, giving a good personal example to others, and genuine peace and well-being that comes from an ethical life, your ethical presence can be an influential force in the lives of those around you.
