Braxton’s Creation is a chain of boutiques that is a service oriented organization that employs a workforce of two hundred individuals in which twenty of these individuals are identified as leaders who are capable of heading key positions in the company. The organization seeks satisfied customers and committed productive employees. They have a desire to develop its own talent and retain the talent within the organization for extended periods of time while offering valuable products and service that surpasses competitors. This paper will formulate a talent management strategy that will encompass the entire talent requirements of the organization. It will determine the key components of talent management, including identifying, assessing, and developing talent. The talent management process which is a strategy for a competitive advantage for your organization will be examined. Also, the assessment of how the talent management strategy should change with the anticipation of the organization doubling in five to six years.

The talent management process as an essential part of business management indicates that employees are now regarded as important links to business success (Richter, 2011). However, management merely formulates strategies, but the support of well selected, adequately trained, professionally managed and genuinely talented employees is still the main element that will lead to the attainment of business goals. It is important to understand that you can no longer develop a rigid “one-size for the entire company and the entire year” strategy. Instead, a superior approach is to develop plans with agility, flexibility, and the capability of handling a wide range of upcoming talent management problems and opportunities built into them. As stated before the ability to define and strategically manage talent determines corporate success.
