Personality

My level of sensation seeking is moderate, nothing high or below that. I sometimes do crazy things for fun but not too crazy to a point of injuring myself or others. I prefer friends who accept who I am and can be at my level of "crazy"; I enjoy the company of others who I can share my sensations with. Most people can be impulsive in their desires of sensations; I don't consider myself impulsive more like in control. I do think before I act. Furthermore I do plan ahead before I make a move; I criticize and plan before I do get a serious job. In the business world you need to know what you're doing and how you're going to go about doing it. Also it's vital that you're prepared in your planning and for your future.

My achievement motivation relies on others around me or Affiliation, that I believe they believe in me and that I am capable. My family and friends inspire me and gives me advice not only from their experiences but knowing it'll be beneficial for me as well. As a result from this type of motivation for me is I focus more and be more determined in not only my studies, but more serious for planning my future. However there are disadvantages in this self-achievement motivational experience. One being hurt mentally, physically, and emotionally from others, or in other words bullying. Bullying can result the victim in very low self-esteem and a decline in his/her self-motivation, this being as a result in not only doing poor in school but it affects the victim's life. Another disadvantage could be isolation. If a person's motivation is based on others and preferred isolation, given this is a very bad combination; as stated motivation is developed in a person by inspiration which then leads to determination. Emotionally this is a lot to process and can carry a heavy weight, meaning emotions is more like a roller coaster ride and always ever changing; it's very delicate and sensitive.
