LIKEABLE FEATURES:

A few good features of the website are:

 The Budget planning and monitoring tool: It is a unique feature and is very useful for the consumers to help them maintain their budget levels.  SnS Live!: This updates you about the buying behaviour of your friends and networks and hence adds a social element to the website which is very useful.  The Total Units Tab at the bottom right corner of the screen, which gets updated immediately as soon as you add a product to the cart, adds a lot of convenience as it keeps the user informed of his total expenditure.

SCOPE OF IMPROVEMENT:

 There is too much information overload for a first time user which he may not be able to comprehend. There should be a logical flow in the information organised on the home page.  The shopping cart section does not move down on scrolling. So whenever a new product is added, the user has to scroll all the way up to check. This is a very cumbersome process, especially since the page is very long.  The tutorial video needs to be worked upon. It should look more sophisticated and the duration needs to be decreased  The layout of the website can be improved as well. The discount section, though helpful, should be placed either on the left or the right side, or not in the centre.  The products which are sold the most should be placed in this central space.

2) Innovative Feature: As mentioned, a new section devoted to the most sold products can be incorporated. These products would mostly be perishable, daily consumption products. Thus, users will not have to unnecessarily scroll down to buy products of daily use. Also, there can be an option to sort the products according to different parameters as well, so that instead of arranging the products alphabetically, you can arrange them according to the Most sold, highest rated,...
