The Lazada Philippines is a website that offers a wide array of products and provides convenient online shopping experience with its nationwide shipping, warranties, 30-day returns policy, and easy payment options. Consumers can shop anytime and anywhere for books, electronics, phones & accessories, computers, home & living, hardware, home appliances, toys, kids & babies, travel and luggage, beauty, jewelry & watches, fashion, and sports. It can place payment on credit card or debit card, cash on delivery, and Banco de Oro (BDO) credit card installment.

It is a company started with the help of Rocket Internet, one of the world's largest e-commerce focused venture capital firms and startup incubators (grow under conditions that promote development) founded in 2007 by the Samwer brothers. The founders gained visibility through successful investments in eBay, Facebook, LinkedIn, Zynga, etc. (either through early direct investment or through taken over target companies).

I may not fully experience the ease of shopping online but I have some good observations. One of it is the user interface (UI) of the site. It is simple, easy to navigate and gives good hints and instructions on how to use or shall I say how to shop. With these anyone can manipulate and shop conveniently the products or items they want to purchase.

Another is its attractive display of catalog items/products. Just like I stated above, with the simple and easy to understand hints and information on certain item (pricing and specifications or descriptions) a typical Filipino may it be old or young can freely manipulate the site. It can also sort and filter items accordingly base on a customer’s preference.

With regard to security, in terms of their payment methods they use PayPal, credit card (installments available) and cash on delivery, which are all secure and safe. After a successful transaction, the consumer will get an order status and tracking number...
