ABSTRACT

This study focuses on the impact of apprenticeship training and employee’s productivity in milk processing companies. The study is done on one of the Kenya’s growing milk processing plant known as Limuru Milk Processors.

This research design to be employed in this case will be both quantitative and qualitative since it will involve numbers and suggestion and comments from the subject interest
