Introduction

I will be writing a reflective paper to discuss and understand and apply human resource function that must be disclosed and that is Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), human resources planning, recruitment, and the selection process, human resources development, compensation and benefits, occupational safety and health, HRM roles, and aspects issues. I will explain what I have learned in this class about HRM and HR. And I do have a better understanding of what HR really does after taking this class.

HRM role can be optimized to shape employee behavior can make sure that they give the management the proper tools to ensure that they can control the work environment. And management must relate to the work force at what every cost. And management must improve on their skills by attending classes to enhance the manager’s skills. Managers can do on-line training to ensure that they keep up with the rules and regulations. And nevertheless, manager must employ trained skilled staff to do the position that they are hired to do. Employees skills must be upgraded every year to ensure that the work force keeps their skills and to make sure that they are keeping up with the new times and trends. Job analysis should be evaluated ever so often to ensure that the activities are documented and are carried out appropriately.

Every employee must be considered highly and they must be trained to meet all the goals and objectives of the company and to make sure that they are achieving through all aspects. Every company depends up on every employee to make the company successfully. And any human resource aspect can be a very sensitive issue and it should be handled with kid gloves. It is the responsibility of the managers to ensure that all their employees are watched for any issues that may affect them and to keep improving all aspects that are related...
