A.) Documents:

Chapter 1 and 2

Chapter 1 includes the introduction which gives a brief description about the system and gives the reader a concise idea on what the system is all about and on how inventory system can be applied on it. It contains the different module to be developed the system. The proponents conduct the personal interviews to the owner to gather information that will be used in the developed system.

Chapter 2 This theories where explain the comprehension of readers. Non-IT and IT concepts where also discuss the concepts. This concepts are not related to information technology that will be used as a component for the proposed system.

Chapter 3 includes the description of the system and it contains the diagrams like Context Flow Diagram (CFD), Data Flow Diagram (DFD), and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and also have a data dictionary which is contains the whole tables of database and their contents.

B.) System:

Phase 1 ceates the query that will hold the user login and audit module that contains the interface of server selection.

Database module setup. Using a mdf development to create the product inventory and other transaction. Next the interface in common programming relation system transaction thru connecting database.

Interface design. It contains the graphical design of buttons and forms

Product listing form. The product listing form have a list of all products and their details.

Order and Receive Form. This form has all the list of approved and non-approved orders from all suppliers.
